My Story
I have always had a passion for the wellness of the physical and subtle bodies.
My healing journey began in 2012 with yoga as my first connection to a deep mind-body practice. I continued my love of learning in college and received a B.S. in Kinesiology. I graduated from massage school at COCC and earned my LMT license in 2022 and have since dedicated myself to the art of healing our beautiful Bend community with my magical touch.
Intuitive and devoted, I bring a deep compassionate connection to each session. I pride myself on having enhanced awareness of the body and helping others heal. My experience as a healer helps uniquely shape each session with my clients.
You may encounter my special companion and service dog, Henry. He often offers his energetic contribution with his quiet, soft and soothing presence.

There’s a peace and relaxation possible for everyone in the world, and with a simple process for bodies, called Access Bars®, it can occur with total ease.
The Bars® are 32 points on the head, designed to "delete file" on your computer bank so you can create change in any way you want. Through a soft touch on particular points of the head, these release the thoughts, feeling, emotions, considerations, and attitudes you stored in any lifetime.
